A pair of FOD’s leaders were part of Ohio State's Women's Place Leadership Series. Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) senior director Tina Bogac recently completed the 12-month program designed to enhance leadership capacity and facilitate skills development to help staff become more effective, innovative and inclusive leaders. Aparna Dial, senior director, Sustainability and Strategic Services, Facility Operations, is part of the 2020-2021 cohort.
The list of staff who were selected through a competitive application for the 2020-21 cohort are excited to begin the next year of leadership training. It creates a pool of potential staff leaders from groups that have been traditionally underrepresented in key leadership roles.
