- Contact Environmental Health and Safety first
- If radiation has been used in the fume hood a Maintenance Survey must be conducted by EHS Radiation Safety
- The fume hood should be emptied and cleaned
- Facilities, Operation and Development should be notified of the fume hood decommissioning
