  1. ALL administrative units are required to keep track of employee accidents and post an annual PERRP300A form in their department for public viewing. If the administrative unit has employees, this standard applies (even if no employees were injured during a given year).

  2. ALL administrative units must ensure the buildings they occupy have a completed Building Emergency Action Plan (BEAP).

  3. ALL administrative units must develop and maintain a Hazard Communication Program even in a non-laboratory setting.
